Whiplash Reforms - New Offer for Unrepresented Claimants Using the Official Injury Claims Service

The MoJ have today announced details of the new offer which will apply specifically to unrepresented claimants sourcing medical reports via the new Official Injury Claims service from 31 May 2021. The offer will be

Two Tier 1 Medical Reporting Organisations and Two Tier 2 Medical Reporting Organisations; or
5 Direct Medical Experts

The offer for claimant representatives and compensators sourcing medical evidence via MedCo will remain unchanged.
