Feedback and Complaints 

MedCo is committed to deliver a system that facilitates the sourcing of medical reports in claims brought under the MoJ’s Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents and the Small Claims Protocol.

MedCo recognises that some aspects of behaviour may undermine the original policy intention and takes misuse of the system seriously. 

If you are an authorised professional user or an accredited/audited medical report provider and you have concern about either another MedCo user or the way in which the system is working please complete the Feedback Form and submit it to [email protected]

If you are a claimant pursuing a claim via a solicitor, and you have cause for complaint against a medical report provider, please contact your solicitor in the first instance to raise the complaint. Your solicitor will have agreed terms and conditions with the medical report provider that will include the handling of complaints.
