Personal Injury Reforms Postponed until 1 August 2020

The Ministry of Justice has announced that the reforms to the RTA lower value claims process, originally scheduled to be implemented in April, will now come into force on 1 August 2020

MedCo has always been confident that in April 2020 we would be able to offer to unrepresented claimants a nationwide coverage of medical report providers. The postponement will mean Medco can carry out more audits prior to implementation than previously anticipated and therefore more medical report providers will be available to offer services to unrepresented claimants.
