Notice of Changes at MedCo

From 1st December 2021, the Motor Insurer’s Bureau (MIB) will no longer be providing MedCo’s managed services functions.  On that date some functions will be undertaken by alternative providers.  Accountancy, Audit and HR service providers have been appointed. Operations will be undertaken directly by MedCo’s own employed staff from our new offices at Shenley Pavilions, Milton Keynes.

These changes will not directly affect the MedCo portal or Accreditation scheme as these have never been operated by MIB.

Every effort has been made to ensure the smooth transition of services with the minimum of disruption and MedCo’s general contact details, [email protected] , will not change. 

MedCo’s primary aims in implementing these changes are to reduce annual costs and ensure future sustainability in the current economic climate, as well as continuing to provide services to Users of the highest standard in the most cost effective manner.

The MedCo board wishes to express its gratitude to the MIB and its staff for the excellent standard of services provided in the past.
