Instructions to medical report providers and defendants version of events

Instructing parties are reminded that in accordance with the Pre-Action Protocol(s),  where the defendant provides a different version of events, the claimant must provide this as part of the instructions to the medical expert for the sole purpose of asking the expert to comment on the impact, if any, on the diagnosis and prognosis.
