Access via Apple devices

Following the latest update to its operating system, users are reporting that when logging into MedCo using an Apple device they are being logged out when trying to select an option from the home page.

The MedCo application is a service based on web access via a windows based device/operating system using Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

Whilst the issue is being investigated it is recommended users access MedCo via an appropriate device that supports windows and the listed browsers.  Please also note, until the issue is resolved we cannot offer any further support to users of Apple devices.

For experts yet to complete their 2021-2022 CPD modules, please also note this issue is unlikely to be resolved before the annual CPD completion deadline of 31 May 2022.
