Further to the publication of the new supplementary QC for MROs and Rules for DMEs that wish to opt-in to produce the first fixed cost medical report for unrepresented claimants, the Ministry of Justice have today published the new Pre Action Protocol that details how the process will work.  It is called the RTA Small Claims Protocol and can be found using the links below:
