At its recent meeting the MedCo Board of Directors completed its review of the organisation’s operations and unaudited financial accounts for the year ending 31 December 2025. As part of this review, the Board also considered projected operating costs and planned capital expenditure for 2026.
Despite rising costs driven by third‑party supplier contractual increases and annual inflation, the Board has confirmed that current fees, except for MRO audit fees, will remain unchanged for 2026. This outcome has been achieved through careful and effective budget management throughout 2025.
MedCo remains committed to maintaining cost stability for its users while continuing to uphold the quality and integrity of its services.
Charging Policy 2026
The current unabated fees will continue to apply for new MROs as follows:-
T1 MROs – £150,000
T2 MROs – £20,000
These fees will be abated by 25% for existing MRO renewals.
New MRO Audit fees will increase to £5,000 and will be non-refundable and MRO Re-Audit fees will also increase to £5,000.
Fees for DMEs and IMEs will remain unchanged and case data upload fees will continue to apply at £35 per case in excess of 300 reports.
